Marketing Specialist

Summary: Reporting to the Marketing Director, this creative individual will help drive growth by increasing brand awareness and promoting life changing non-surgical medical solutions and more! Join our fun and dynamic team focused on healthcare innovation.

1. Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing)

2. Create compelling marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, and landing pages, with some graphic design experience.

3. Experience at managing multiple campaigns across multiple facilities.

4. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools.

5. Generate insightful reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies.

6. Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

7. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design) to ensure seamless project execution.

8. Manage marketing projects using project management systems (e.g., Monday, Trello)

9. Adhere to accountabilities, bringing forward barriers to ensure success. *

10. Shine. Internal customers (co-workers) and patient interaction via in person, phone, email – display professionalism and positive demeanor consistently.

11. Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing specialist role
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
• Excellent graphic design skills (proficiency in design software a plus)
• Experience using project management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
