Job Details
We are searching for a person who genuinely desires to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others, and share in our belief that people come first. You must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment. The lead biller MUST have experience in Medical insurance billing. Must desire to lead a team of people while getting their tasks done on time. If you do not have experience in leading a team, don't worry, we will give you the tools to ensure you can successfully handle this position.
The position is based in Royal Palm Beach, Florida and the pay range is $17 - $22 per hour (depending on experience).
Summary of Duties:
- Responsible for collecting, posting, and managing Medical and/or PI insurance payments
- Responsible for submitting claims and following up with Medical and/or insurance companies
- Answer phone lines and check voicemails
- Daily and weekly statistics
- Send medical records to attorneys
- Posting payments from Medical and/or PI insurance companies
- Scanning documents into EMR system
- Copying and maintaining medical forms
- Call insurance companies to fight claim denials
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Promote honest relationships through open communication
- Become part of the solution

- 8 am-6 pm Monday-Thursday
- 8 am-12 pm Friday
