WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Ensure meticulous upkeep of our property grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings
- Remove trash from office areas and community on a daily basis and prepare property trash for pick-up
- Assist in the preparation of available units, including removing trash from vacant apartments and cleaning as needed
- Assist with entry level community work orders as you build your skills of your next assignment
- Perform cleaning functions while operating cleaning equipment, light maintenance duties and occasional exterior work
Compensation:
- $17 - 18 / hour plus annual performance based bonus
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in general maintenance or groundskeeping
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or carpentry skills are a plus but not required for this position
- Must able to lift 50LBS and stand for 8 hours
