What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Field Worker position at Reliable Temps Inc.?
A local farm is looking for field workers to keep the farm running during the peak season!
Duties:
- Transplanting.
- Harvesting.
- Weeding.
- Working in the packing house and greenhouses.
Shift/Pay:
- 6am-5pm
- $15.66/hr plus unlimited free farm produce.
Part time candidates will be considered!
Requirements:
- Working outside in all weather conditions.
- Be comfortable standing and bending for extended periods of time.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Previous farm experience is preferred, but we are willing to train anyone with an enthusiasm for agriculture and a strong work ethic.
