## Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team at a senior living facility. The Resident Assistant will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to residents in their daily activities. ## Duties - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents - Monitor and document changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being - Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed - Escort residents to appointments and activities within the facility - Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times ## Qualifications - Experience in long-term care, retirement homes, memory care, or similar settings is preferred - Knowledge of first aid procedures and personal care techniques - Ability to use lifting systems to transfer residents safely - Familiarity with resident rights and regulations in group homes, nursing homes, or personal care homes Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our residents every day!
