Relive is hiring a Sales Team Lead to support our agents in Austin, Texas - this is a part-time role with an average of 15 hours per week, or 3 hours per day.
The Sales Team Lead can and should still close her/his own deals (benefiting from having the highest commission split at the company), while guaranteeing a fixed income (base salary), passive income (on team production), becoming a shareholder of the company (getting company shares), all while strengthening leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule 2x per month in-person events with the team (touring properties, content days, and/or happy hour)
- Support agents and coordinate the city's Google Chat: answer questions, share updates, and keep it empowering and collaborative
- Track agent's performance and send weekly accountability/empowerment messages.
- Coordinate onboarding meetings with new agents.
- Attend 2x per month meetings with the C-level team.
On average, these tasks will require you 3 hours per day.
Qualifications:
- Residence in Austin, Texas, USA
- Minimum 2 years experience in apartment locating/real estate sales
- Proven track record (revenue/production numbers)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Well-connected in the real estate community
