Remedy is hiring an Account Manager for a manufacturing company in Norfolk, Virginia. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and various departments, maintaining a high level of professionalism in service of clients’ needs, while working to achieve company’s tactical and strategic goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Establish high degree of positive rapport with clients
Drive continuous improvement through implementing systems and processes
Work on various teams within the company
Identify and address client’s needs to achieve results
Facilitate communication between clients and internal team
Assemble internal resources to solve issues and challenges related to client service
Impact company’s reputation by problem solving and turning frustrated client’s into company advocates
- Work in support of Sales, Marketing and Business Development to:
- Provide timely quotes, requested information, marketing collateral, samples, etc.
- Support in the sales process in specifically assigned tasks
- Work in support of Product Development to:
- Keep clients informed on PD timelines progress
- Create team meetings in support of PD
- Work in support of Quality to:
- Assist in collecting information and report on client complaints and non-conformance
- Work in support of Operations to:
- Work with management to stay updated on product knowledge and changes in policies
Required Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience in B2B setting
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and support other departments
- Solid company-centric ideology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in interdepartmental teams
- Orientation to extreme detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities
