- Position: Full-time, Cash Management Specialist (Accounting Clerk)
- Location: Honolulu

- Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
- Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (depends on experience)
- Parking: Candidates responsible for securing personal parking arrangements

Job Duties:
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations (about 10-20 bank accounts of varying complexity) in a timely manner, to meet internal deadlines
- Daily bank reconciliation procedures, including use of both spreadsheets and bank reconciliation software to match records and identify reconciling items
- Learn how store-level cash management procedures impact the bank reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve reconciling differences and research issues and/or discrepancies
- Enter financial transactions in general ledger
- Scan and retain digital and hard-copy documents in accordance with internal policies and for audit and internal purposes
- Follow established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of data

Job Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting a plus
- Minimum 2 years business/accounting experience required
- Microsoft Office products experience with proficiency in Excel required
- 10-key by touch required
- Detail oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-directed; able to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
