Job Duties Of An Accounting Manager:
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Account balancing tasks such as job costing, income statement, balance sheets, A.P.
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Cross trained in payroll, invoicing, etc. to have full knowledge of company's accounting department.
- Year end procedures, tax reporting, W2's etc.
- Communicate with company accountant and software program consultant when needed.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with a willingness to ask questions
