Company Overview
Premier Project Management provides design, procurement, engineering development and project management services to hotels. This includes implementing the majority of capital improvements for properties owned by Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE: AHT) and Braemar Hotels and Resorts (NYSE: BHR), and other hotel ownership groups.
The individual in this position will have the opportunity to work with multiple hotel brands including both limited service and full service hotels for a wide variety of brands as well as multi-family and student housing projects. As a member of the Fixed Asset Accounting team, you should meet the requirements as outlined below.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Review and approve Project Management CapEx Budget changes
- Assist in the complete payment documentation audits (“check audits”) as needed
- Review and approve month-end Duties Checklist
- Review and assist with month-end close processes
- Supervise and manage personnel including staffing administration and training
- Supervise and manage department operating protocols and procedures
- Complete Project closeout reconciliations and process closures
- Review and approve Project Management Contracts, Purchase Orders and Change Orders
- Assist in management of audit requests for information and documentation
- Special projects and other duties as may be assigned
