Description

  1. Launch Excellence. Own product launch execution excellence to drive the attainment of revenue and performance goals. Drive execution of product launch plans with team support.
  2. Developing and executing marketing and sales collateral, tools, programs, campaign development/tracking.
  3. Assess and evaluate existing marketing materials and programs.
  4. Gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) throughout all phases of product development, including development of marketing questionnaires, arranging product evaluations, and implementing competitive research and post market surveillance.
  5. Work with external marketing partners to build an online presence through social media management and email marketing. 
  6. Optimize content for search engines. 
  7. Research and communicate the latest trends in search engine optimization, social media, and content marketing. 
  8. Plan, coordinate, and complete successful customer events, including conferences, exhibitor meetings, webinars, and feedback sessions.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or technical discipline preferred (or experience equivalency) 
  2. 5 years of related marketing, medical device or FDA regulated industry experience preferred 
  3. Strong technical skills including being proficient in HTML, CSS and HTML5, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot or equivalent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.  
  4. Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
  5. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills: the ability to convey complex information in a simple and effective manner
  6. High-performing individual; self-starter; strong track record of project execution
  7. Demonstrated ability to interpret and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw logical conclusions
