Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Operation Associate to join our team. As an Operation Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our organization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Photographing furniture inventory
- Pay high attention to detail for furniture inspection and features when photographing
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve consistent photographs of incoming inventory
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
- Handle technical sales inquiries related to appliances or other products

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and processing transactions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to management team colleauges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
