What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobility Specialist position at Remote?

- Global Immigration, touching on all countries that Remote support.
- Ensuring Right-to-work compliance of all employees hired by Remote. Oversee and manage Mobility/Immigration cases from end to end.
- Monitor regulatory changes in the immigration domain, guiding the team in implementing necessary changes to the foreign workforce (internal and external).
- Maintain and Monitor Mobility/Immigration documentation, responsible for the data integrity of immigration-related guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain workflows, processes and government legislation updates for all Mobility Services.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration Compliance or similar roles involved in this sector.
- A clear understanding of Immigration and typical processes involved to remain right-to-work compliant. Ability to handle a considerable volume of Mobility and immigration queries.
- Previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth and scaling environment will be ideal.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- Additional languages are a bonus.
