Each location is managed locally and supported globally through our connected network. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Recruiting Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Regional Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of recruiters and managing recruiting priorities within your assigned region. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful acquisition of top talent while leading and supporting your team in meeting their weekly activity goals and key initiatives. The Regional Recruiting Lead will also play a crucial role in aligning with Regional Managers and the VP on hospital needs, managing priorities, and setting expectations. Additionally, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing motivation and support to the team will be key responsibilities of this role.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the day-to-day recruiting activities of the team, ensuring the timely fulfillment of open positions.• Carry a requisition load and actively contribute to the recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for critical positions.• Collaborate with Regional Managers and the VP on a weekly basis to align recruitment strategies with hospital needs and ensure priorities are effectively managed.• Assist recruiters in problem-solving and providing guidance on challenging searches and candidate assessment.• Monitor and analyze recruiting KPIs, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality, and develop strategies to improve performance.• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to recruiters to enhance their skills and productivity.• Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a high level of engagement among the team.• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 8 years of professional experience.• Experience in recruiting, with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.• Prior experience in leading and managing a team.• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvement.• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality talent.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
