GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Patient Engagement Representative with RCP, you will represent each patient practice during their call campaign.
Providing outbound calls to selected patients following up on the previous letter sent in the mail. Discuss Remote Patient Monitoring and "sell" the product. Agents will be responsible for activating patients as well as ordering the proper equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn and understand the practice you are working with i.e.: The Doctors, Care Teams, Equipment for recommended for each patient.
Make outbound calls to patients from each Practice Campaign.
Explain how Remote Patient Monitoring works and talk about the benefits of participating in the program.
Activate the Patient in RCP system and ensure the Patient mails the program letter back in the provided envelope.
Agents will be required to make a minimum of 100 dials per day.
Take incoming calls from the campaign queue.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education: High School
Experience: Experience in Google Suite Preferred, Customer Service Background Preferred
Access to High-Speed Internet
