Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking for a rewarding career opportunity? Where all leads are provided? Are you based in or around Bristol/ M5 corridor? We have the perfect role for you! Position: Mortgage Adviser - New Build Specialist Experience Required: Minimum 1 year and CAS status Location: Hybrid Working Hours: 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday plus 1 weekend per month Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, specialising in new build properties.
- Utilise provided leads to generate business opportunities and cross sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Benefits:
- Basic salary of £30,000 per annum.
- OTE in excess of £50,000.
- Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months.
- Mostly remote working post training with some office visits to Exeter and Southampton and occasional site visits.
