IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU?

The Implementation Specialist will oversee and support the implementation of Foods Connected tools with our customers across the full suite of our solutions, including Supplier Management, Food Safety and Quality, and Procurement. This would also include future areas of the business such as Trace Connected, or any other new tools or functions we develop. While working with a customer, the Implementation Specialist will become an extended arm of our customer’s team to help ensure we keep their business ahead of the market.

In this role, you will work with front-line users to understand their needs and ensure tools are configured accordingly. You will conduct business process analysis, gathering and documenting system requirements and business decisions. You will also assist with implementation tasks such as facilitating workshops, configuring and cleansing data, and supporting customers using the system.

A willingness to travel in this role is key to helping our clients solve their most challenging problems and implement solutions to improve their operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support current accounts within Foods Connected and develop the Foods Connected presence within that client.
  • Complete data manipulation and cleansing for key accounts onboarding.
  • Conduct workshops with customer teams to understand their problems or ideas that could help improve their business.
  • Provide insight into what we can offer to help their business and develop project proposals and plans on driving change.
  • Delivering presentations and training of the ‘live system’ to client user groups.
  • Working with current and new key accounts, listening to their needs, and satisfying their requirements while at the same time remaining within the confines of Foods Connected’s core strategy and software objectives.
  • Complete business analysis on key accounts operations to help them understand where Foods Connected tools fit best into their operations and the benefit the system will bring.
  • Assist with the development of reports and the loading and configuration of demonstration data and systems.
  • Collaborate with the software development team and head of business to determine what will be included in the development plan for new business.
  • Own the communication and execution of solution handover to client services, service delivery, technology, and other team members at designated milestones.
  • Test new system developments, review, and recommend changes to the development team.
  • Development of strategies and structures from previous experience to help streamline Foods Connected processes and operations as the business grows.

Experience Required:

To perform this job successfully, the Implementation Specialist - Quality & Technical should have experience with:

  • 1 years’ previous experience within the food industry in retail, manufacturing, or the food service space preferred.
  • Prior experience with SaaS platforms, especially those related to the supply chain management of the food industry for tracking quality, suppliers, or procurement.
  • Project management-oriented certification or training preferred.
  • Proficient Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to communicate clearly what something does and the benefit it brings.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities in order to work through problems alongside clients and come up with workable solutions.
  • Ability to use discretion when working with confidential documents and information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year’s relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. ole within the Supply chain of the food industry interacting with Software systems for tracking Production, Quality or Suppliers.
  • Prior experience with the Food Industry.
