Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. The underlying businesses have operated a combination of 20 years and have performed more than 1,000,000 treatments, enabling us to offer clients an unrivaled treatment experience. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay® laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400 locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.

THE ROLE: CLINIC MANAGER
- Leadership role managing a team and the day-to-day operations of the Sydney- Cremorne studio
- Selling responsibilities include conducting consultations with potential clients
- Full-time role available: must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday trading hours one late-night trade
The Clinic Manager will lead their local team to success in providing outstanding tattoo removal services and customer service to their clients. They will drive sales by conducting consultations with clients to expertly advise them on tattoo removal options. As a leader in the studio, they will know our processes like the back of their hand and manage the operations of the business. They will develop team members through coaching, goal setting while upholding performance accountability standards. The Clinic Manager will elevate the level of customer experience in the studio and create a motivating workplace, and ultimately, a successful studio.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver "5-Star" customer experience consistently to our clients
- Conduct consultations with new clients, educating them about the laser tattoo removal process
- Close sales and build strong rapport and connection with potential clients by listening to clients and their story, while demonstrating ethical sales practices, educating, and showcasing the value of our approach, service, and protocols
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, including any facilities management ensuring the studio meet expectations for visual presentations, operational excellence, and brand standards
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to studio team members
- Inspire team growth and promote an environment of accountability and engagement
- Lead business initiatives including such as scheduling, preparing reports, evaluating data, and interviewing top talent
- Lead daily team huddles, checking in with team on the goals and plan for the day for best daily success
- Partner with the Retention Specialist to appropriately handle client complaints/escalations
- Spearhead community outreach and align with marketing initiatives, developing and nurturing relationships in the local community
- Manage all financial aspects including cash handling, banking, daily register close and expense reporting
- Manage stock and inventory
- Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
You have proven experience growing a business!
- Ideally, you’ll be a leader with a strong track record of motivating and building teams and developing strong talent to achieve desired goals
- Strong understanding of clients’ needs with exceptional client experience standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Ability to provide quick and effective conflict resolution
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisation skills
- Self-motivated and solution oriented with a growth mindset
- Empathetic toward team members and disciplined in achievement of goals
- Willingness and proven ability to be resourceful and solution-oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision; learn quickly and change direction on short notice
