Responsibilities
- Works as the initial point of contact for the law firm
- Work with prospective clients, current clients, and non-client callers
- Play a vital role in the initial screening of prospective clients and providing on-going quality customer service to our existing clients

- Qualifications:
- B.S. in related field or 2 years of experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
