We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of a great team! As the Accounting Assistant you will provide support to the accounting team in handling billing, invoicing, AP, AR, reconciliation, bank deposits and payroll.

Starting Pay is up to $24/hr BOE!

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling invoices
  • Creating and updating expense reports
  • Processing reimbursement forms
  • Preparing bank deposits
  • Entering financial transactions into internal databases
  • Checking spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintaining digital and physical financial records
  • Issuing invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Reviewing and filing payroll documents
  • Participating in quarterly and annual audits

​Qualifications:

  • 1 year of previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Experience in financial software
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • 2 or 4 year degree in accounting, finance or related field required!
