We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of a great team! As the Accounting Assistant you will provide support to the accounting team in handling billing, invoicing, AP, AR, reconciliation, bank deposits and payroll.
Starting Pay is up to $24/hr BOE!
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling invoices
- Creating and updating expense reports
- Processing reimbursement forms
- Preparing bank deposits
- Entering financial transactions into internal databases
- Checking spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintaining digital and physical financial records
- Issuing invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Reviewing and filing payroll documents
- Participating in quarterly and annual audits
Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in financial software
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- 2 or 4 year degree in accounting, finance or related field required!
Salary : $23 - $24
