Call Center Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer
- Qualify current members by asking questions and transfer the qualified members to the sales department
- Build rapport with members through friendly, engaging communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints Meet production goals set by management
