Job Requirements:
- Prepare Fed/Ex labels and send out daily mail
- Call customers to verify account and disbursement information
- Mail final utility payments to the appropriate companies
- Send Disbursement Confirmations after the files fund
- Follow up with customers on outstanding checks
- Follow up with customers and internal teams on outstanding balances
- Communicate with the accounting team on outstanding invoices
- Seller call verifications.
- Check on BSO files to see if seller disbursement instructions are uploaded. If so, call the seller’s title company.
