National Furniture Chain is looking for an internal Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter for its Braselton location for a 3-6 month contract assignment.
Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter Details:
- $22 /hour (based on experience)
- M-F 8am-5pm
- 3-6 month contract
Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Staffing and assisting with administering HR functions.
- Key point of contact for People Services and General Manager on DC staffing needs
- Daily and weekly review of each department’s staffing requirements with department supervisors to develop staffing solutions
- Post open positions and executes recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing levels
- Identifies, screens and refers top talent to hiring managers
- Works closely with hiring managers on interviews and selection process
- Schedule Post-hire Assessments, Background checks, Drug screens, Physical assessments
- Manage Onboarding process - New hire orientation, badges
- Manages candidate activity in Success Factors
- Maintains records and provides daily statistics on recruiting activities
- Assist with all employee transfers, salary changes, terminations, etc.
- Assist with human resource functions, including payroll, uniform management, employee relations, employee files and policy management
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related projects as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of associate records by not discussing any information outside of the Human Resources department and by ensuring the work area is secure when unattended
