The mission of this full-time position is to source, recruit, interview and hire qualified Financial Advisors to continue to grow the Renaissance Financial Team.
Primary Responsibilities:

Source qualified candidates using online platforms, including LinkedIn, Handshake, and Indeed

Screen, interview and manage candidate pipeline
-
Develop and manage relationships with local Universities and alumni organizations to attract new talent
-
Hire for Internship Program
-
Administer and supervise new advisor hiring through licensing process
Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.

Education, Training & Experience:

Bachelor's degree

1-2 years of recruiting experience (preferred)
