We offer clinically proven and evidence-based practices utilizing multiple treatment modalities in conjunction with an authentic 12-step approach and a combination of spiritual and faith-based principles, including but not limited to EMDR for those suffering from trauma. Treatment plans are based on individual needs and include Group, Individual and family-oriented systems of care, trauma-informed therapy, and a robust lifetime Alumni and aftercare program.
Renaissance Ranch has an opening for a Mental Health Counselor at our Rupert, Idaho facility.
Job Summary: Provides therapy for various substance-use disorder clients while adhering to Renaissance Ranch vision and Mission Statement.
Salary: Guaranteed Salary. Fuel Budget Signing Bonus for Relocation
Essential Functions: Completes group and individual sessions that address the individual needs of the client, including relapse prevention.
- Lectures on substance use & other psycho educational topics
- Completes weekly individual therapy
- Maintains knowledge of and adheres to Company policies and procedures
- Participates as an effective, contributing member of the interdisciplinary team
- Communicates well and has a positive up-beat attitude
- Competent and knowledgeable in ethical standards and confidentiality matters
- Works effectively with a treatment team format and knows how to work with supervision
Requirements: Master’s Degree in an appropriate discipline and/or current licensure.
Pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check and drug screening.
