Team Leader/Supervisor
Renata Well Spa is seeking a strong Team Leader that will serve the role as Assistant Manager to the General Manger/Owners in a fast growing and thriving medical spa in WGV community.
The Team Leader will be skilled to steer the Renata Team in daily operations and leadership. Requires professional demonstrated skills of: positive communication skills, integrity, strong organizational and time management, compliance with spa mission and policies, human resource experience, training of new teammates, and strong interpersonal and team building skills.
Will be trained in positions that are integral to the daily operations of our Medical Spa. Team Leader will be expected to effectively step into various teammate roles to assist as needed for daily operations of the spa and train new teammates. Team management experience required.
Team Leader responsibilities include:
- Develop relationships with prospective Guests, while maintaining existing Guest relationships
- Spa Staff Training and daily operations management/oversight
- Ability to cross over into Spa Receptionist Coordinator Position as business needs to maintain a seamless daily business operation with scheduling on Booker Software (MindBody Owned)
- Collaborate with Renata Well Spa Manager and Spa Receptionist Coordinator to ensure Spa Clinician Teams execute spa services in a timely and consistent manner with excellent customer service focus
- Become and demonstrate being a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on spa industry news in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, and industry-specific analysis software (Booker)
- Adaptable and ready to evolve in a multicultural and changing environment.
