We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Residential Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Residential Services Coordinator at Renew Residential Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Drive adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient staffing.
• Provide proactive coaching, training, and development opportunities for employees.
• Communicate effectively with guardians, government employees, and other stakeholders.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and community integration.
• Uphold excellent customer care standards and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to service delivery, employee performance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to implement and improve operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the caregiving field.
• Minimum of 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field, or a nursing license preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
• A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Requirements:

• Clean background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of insurance.
