Job Overview
We are seeking individuals who can exude confidence and enthusiasm while communicating with others. Renewal by Andersen’s Brand Ambassadors will work weekend events such as Trade Shows and festivals; as well as retail settings throughout the territory; you will be speaking with attendees about the benefits of replacing their windows and doors with energy efficient Renewal by Andersen products. This person will be responsible for obtaining leads and scheduling free in-home consultations; ensuring the company’s lead acquisition goals are met.
Requirements:
- Shifts available Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Wednesday and Thursday occasionally)
- Must have your own reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to local retail locations and events
- Must be comfortable working with the public
- Self-motivated, professional, career-minded attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
- Must be capable of being on your feet 4-6 hours
- Must have a smartphone to use for text, email, photographs, and frequent communication/check-in with manager
- Proven work experience in retail, outside sales, or brand ambassador desired but not required
