We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization, Order Release Coordinator. This position will play a pivotal role by reviewing our sales contracts and help our ordering team run smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize our custom version of Salesforce to populate the ordering potential for that day.
- Create purchase orders for window/door products and populate data accurately in accordance with the tech measure paperwork.
- Completing and reviewing all paperwork and purchase orders for nontraditional window fittings and sending the request to corporate for approval.
- Upon approval of RbA product requests, uploading all paperwork and processing the order in Salesforce
- If a request is denied for any product, or discrepancy on product, communicating with appropriate departments to resolve the issue.
- Send daily reports that recap ordering totals for the day, as well as what is pending approval.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce experience required
- Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or greater
Core Competencies:
- Detail Oriented and strong organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Schedule:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
