Job Summary:
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a high energy individual to help support and build our current retail program. Renewal by Andersen is currently partnered with retail locations including ShopRite, Rural King, local hardware stores, and fitness centers with the objective of securing in-home consultations for our sales department. As a Retail Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining new relationships with retailers in our Tennessee territories to ensure our continued growth, B2B cold calling to prospective clients as well as overseeing our existing retail locations.
Responsibilities:
· Cold call retail locations to establish partnerships
· Acquire new partnerships with local and corporate retail store opportunities
· Oversee existing partnerships
· Responsible for tracking and keeping record of production to ensure we are hitting our growth goals
· Providing thorough evaluations of employees for our Director of Events and Retail
· Spot checking our retail locations and holding our team accountable to our standards
· Making sure our retail locations are stocked with the necessary supplies to conduct business
Qualifications And Requirements:
· Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; this includes evenings
· Previous sales or marketing experience is required
· Previous cold calling experience preferred, but not required
· Must be comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office
· Must have a valid driver license with clean driving record
· Must be willing to travel (80%)
· High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation And Benefits Package:
· Total Possible Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000/year
