Overview:
You will help drive full cycle talent acquisition process within the Human Resources team in the healthcare field. Renewal Rehab provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Rehab Centers, Long Term Care Living and Assisted Living communities. Renewal Rehab currently serves 130 facilities in eight states.
Essential Functions:
Partners with remote hiring managers, leaders, stakeholders and candidates to drive full cycle talent acquisition including sourcing, pipelining, interview, offer, offer negotiation, offer acceptance and on-boarding.
Technology projects that include Applicant Tracking System management. Collection, analysis, trend analysis and interpretation of data and recommendations related to market trends, talent acquisition and employment branding.
Liaises with community organizations, professional associations, universities, colleges and broader business community, creating relationships that drive candidate pipeline and employment brand.
Champions culture, connecting values, priorities, employment brand and overall candidate experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Tech Savvy, including social media, HRIS systems and process mapping.
Ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Ability to cross collaborate in multi-state organization
Negotiation skills
Comfort in navigating rapidly changing, evolving workplace environments that may involve

Experience
1 year of professional experience, with recruitment and/ or human resources experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business preferred
