Job Description:
The Work Order Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of work orders, ensuring timely completion, and supporting billing activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with field staff and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with field staff to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
- Assist the billing department with any time-critical activities, such as providing necessary documentation or resolving discrepancies, to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Ensure all critical activities that support work order closure and smooth billing processes are supported, including documentation, approvals, and customer communication.
- Monitor the performance of work orders and field staff to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on work order status and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Continuously assess and improve work order management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of work order-related activities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project management or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with field staff, clients, and other team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to facilitate communication with bilingual team members or international stakeholders.
