Renhill HR on Demand in Wauseon, OH is looking for a Supervisor for our client in Waterville, OH, THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE!
Candidate will be supervising 3 in their work area but may also supervise a few more on off shifts. While leadership skills are required this person will also need to be hands on with the work to keep on schedule or cover for absence.
Employee will line of the daily work schedule, make sure the work gets completed, handle be responsible for process control, ordering, inventory.
Supervisor around 50-55K.
work hours to start will be 7-3:30 may work overtime but could change to 7-4-4:30.
Steel Toed boots required, long pants.
