- You will perform most mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly operations
- You must be able to read and understand an Assembly Drawing
- You must be able to lead multiple projects on the shop floor from the machine start date through the checkout process.
- You must be proactive on monitoring the machine project schedule for assembly. Work with Project Manager and Assembly Lead/Manager while monitoring hours and resources.
- You will work with the Engineers on building mocked-up designs required for proper functionality of Rennco equipment.
- You must be able to successfully and efficiently assemble 2 or more product lines.
- You will ensure that work area is clean, safe and orderly.
- You will take proper care of shop tools and make sure they are returned to their proper place daily.
- You must be able to fit, align and adjust all components on a machine for testing with limited Supervision
- You will assist in the test and final adjustments of machines. May be required to assist in the on-site installation of machines.
- You will take a Support role in the World Class Checkout Process.
- You will follow and adhere to all Quality and Assembly standards.
- 2-year technical college degree preferred but not required
- 2-4 year’s experience as an Assembler
- Must understand cause/effect of changes to mechanical equipment.
- Must be able to recommend design changes to improve operation of equipment.
- Must be able to identify and correct machine operational problems.
- Has the ability to lead and mentor other employees
