The Cook provides food and nutritional service that meets the nutritional and therapeutic needs of residents in a sanitary and safe environment that will meet and/or exceed the standards of regulating agencies.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read, understand, and follow standardized recipes
- Basic understanding of or ability to learn sanitation and regulations for workplace safety
- Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures
