What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audience Services Coordinator position at Reno Little Theater?
The Audience Services Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director, RLT staff, and committee members to fulfill the mission, vision, and values of Reno Little Theater and to serve RLT audiences and volunteers. The Audience Services Coordinator will assist the staff with tasks including, but not limited to:
AUDIENCE SERVICES:
- Answer main phone line & return customer calls
- Processing ticket requests
- Answer info email address & forward as appropriate
- Work as Box Office Lead/FOH Manager for shows
- Enforce ticketing policies
- Prepare & distribute ticketing & show reports
- Assist with patron engagement experiences
- Manage concessions inventory communicating purchasing needs
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Maintain patron records
VOLUNTEERS
- Schedule Front of House volunteers ensuring coverage of Box Office, Concessions, and Showroom
OTHER
- Other appropriate duties as assigned.
