Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee timekeeping records.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Conduct data entry and data collection for HR systems such as Oracle, UltiPro, iCIMS, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Dayforce.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in data entry and data collection.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
