Brand Ambassador to UAB
RentMonster is looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand in the UAB community. As a successful RentMonster Brand Ambassador, you will be primarily focused on increasing brand awareness on campus. You will work closely with our leadership team and leasing agents to develop ways to promote RentMonster at athletic events, among the Greek organizations, at tabling events in the Hill Center and on the Green and across campus, within clubs and groups, and every other way your creative mind can conceive!
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, an outgoing and engaging personality, and a strong presence on campus. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Building rapport with students, faculty, and interest groups.
- Creating innovative ways to promote our free service across UAB.
- Representing the company at events across campus.
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and team events.
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Brand Ambassador Requirements:
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- A large existing social circle on campus.
