What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Manager position at Reorg?
Reorg is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our New York-based team. The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in creating and establishing new procurement processes, and implementing our ERP system, Coupa. This is a new role offering the exciting opportunity to build out the procurement function at Reorg, and will report to the Head of Global Facilities & Procurement.
Responsibilities
- Take an active role in implementing Coupa
- Become a Super User of Coupa and be able to effectively train standard users
- Establish Procurement processes and document with the creation of all SOPs
- Assist in the creation of a RFP process, and document that process
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes
- Vendor management and negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role
- Strong vendor negotiation skills
- Creation, implementation, and management of Procurement process
- Prior experience with an ERP implementation highly preferred

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The salary range estimate for this position is $100,000 - $120,000.
The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
