Overview
Summary/objective
Support general marketing across multiple functions including product marketing, demand gen, branding, content customer marketing, internal marketing, and sales enablement. Support development of content creation across channels. Assist in management of administration of budgets, technology, internal communications. Understand current and emerging trends in marketing, technology, and automotive. Work with multiple stakeholders within marketing and wider commercial org to hit deliverable dates and key performance indicators to support accomplishment of business objectives.

- External Marketing
- Contribute to tactical plans with strategies consistently producing results on time and within budget
- Team with demand marketing to assist with plan and execution of content, social, PR strategy and support the integration of content and paid campaign tactics/strategies
- Contribution to and support of go-to-market strategies
- Partner with GTM leadership to communicate to and educate the sales and segment teams about new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional and local programs
- Proactively manage and identify sponsorship, partnerships, and co-marketing opportunities for Repairify
- Assist in management of the Repairify brands
- Internal Marketing
- Assist in building corporate marketing program which will include internal notifications, events, communications, marketing evangelization
- Ensure that all execution and campaign stakeholders understand the industry plan's objectives, cadence and KPIs
- Maintain deep knowledge of day-to-day execution and activities of marketing team and results within the zones

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or design-related field
- 5 - 8 years of experience in marketing
- Ability to communicate complex information and ideas into compelling stories
- Ability to think strategically and balance multiple competing deadlines
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; strong graphic design sensibilities
- Sound professional judgment, strong work ethic, positive and client focused

Work environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical demands
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
