Nurse Clinical Manager

We are looking to hire a full-time Nurse Clinical Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and facilitate overall clinic operations. Oversee team of nurses and medical assistants to ensure the team meets day-to-day responsibilities and performance standards.
- Develop protocols, update policies and procedures to enhance service excellence. Convey new information and all changes and processes to clinical team.
- Work cooperatively with Physicians, Executive Management and Co-Managers to maintain maximum communication and support between clinic, patients and administration.
- Responsible for the supervision and management of clinical team as well as responsible in providing individualized nursing care including coordinating treatment and consult patients regarding treatment protocols, medications, and required testing requirements.
- Manage existing patient relationships to ensure high-quality patient care is maintained. In conjunction with Senior Managers, provide coaching to improve staff skills and knowledge.
- Identify and resolve patient and clinic concerns in a timely manner.
- Ability to hold staff accountable for expected workplace behavior and adherence to company policies.
- Create and execute a robust onboarding program for new clinical staff.
- Participate, provide, and conduct performance evaluations for clinical staff.
- Manage scheduling for multiple physicians in conjunction with multiple locations
- Oversee the facilities maintenance of office and equipment including inventory of office and medical supplies.
- Manage coverage for staff. Oversee schedule to ensure appropriate in-office support
- Responsible for working with cross-team collaboration with clinical, lab, and ASC team to ensure business continuity
- Coordinate quality management activities to ensure compliance with ART legislation and regulatory bodies.
Skills Required to be Successful in the Position:
- Active Nursing License
- 3-5 years in health industry experience required.
- Fertility or OBGYN experience preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable in clinical, lab and business.
- Well organized, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, possess great patient acre, and have excellent communication skills.
- Experience in leadership of people & projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
