What You'll Do:
The Physician Liaison serves as a business development resource for the designated market area of the Fertility centers. Using a combination of online and in-person sales and communication strategies, the Physician Liaison aims to increase market share and act as an ambassador for Reproductive Partners Medical Group within the community and assigned territory. This role involves extensive fieldwork and analysis of referral patterns to establish and enhance relationships with physician providers, prospective patients, and the local healthcare community. The territory includes the DMA of RPMG and designated catchments. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity for growth and impact.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with referring physician provider and their staff to ensure continuous patient referrals.
- Identifying new referring physician providers and market areas for expansion.
- Executing focused marketing/sales strategies to effectively drive an increase in referral volumes.
- Oversee the marketing budget allocated for meals and entertainment expenses
- Coordinate and organize various physician provider education activities, such as webinars, zoom lunches, in-person breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and seminars, with the aim of enhancing their knowledge and familiarity with the fertility clinic's services and treatment options.
- Solicit and respond to requests for RPMG/FCOC physicians to present lectures in the referring physician provider’s local community.
- Manage the CRM system for Physician Liaison activities, including reporting, tracking, and monitoring of the referral process.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for organizing and carrying out impactful events targeting referring physician providers and consumer organizations.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to raise awareness of the fertility clinic's services among referring providers and the community through targeted campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Coordinate physician provider referral-related print materials with corporate brand manager.
- Regularly share feedback with the Marketing team, drawing insights from referring provider physician and patient referrals, along with monitoring general market trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to evaluate field activities by agreeing to participate in Field Visits.
- Generate and present monthly reports to evaluate the program's effectiveness.
- Assist international growth team members with creative needs for travel and online.
- Assist in 3rd party growth.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6 years experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in marketing or business development roles.
- Must have the ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time.
- Must be organized and possess knowledge and skills required for position.
- Must demonstrate problem solving skills related to position.
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail oriented.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must possess a high level of independent judgment and accuracy.
- Must have the ability to function independently and seek assistance from the Marketing Manager when necessary.
- Demonstrate the ability to be a team player and possess a willingness to perform duties that are assigned or delegated to him/her as well as a willingness to perform duties of other employees as needed.

- Maintains HIPAA and Confidentiality for all patient, clinic and company information

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
