Parking Technician

Republic Parking System, a part of Reef Parking network is hiring for a Parking Lot Technician (Meter Technician) Position: Being a part of the Reef Parking network, Republic Parking System is a part of an international parking company. As a Lot Technician, you will be the face of the company and an integral part of the team. The key is to help the customers with their parking and our clients with their property goals.

36 Hour Work Week minimum

Looking for Thursday-Sunday Availability (9-10 hour shifts)

Parking Lot Technician, Required Experience:

· Attentive to details

· Punctual

· Mechanical Aptitude

Parking Lot Technician, Educational Requirements:

· High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)

Parking Lot Technician, Physical Requirements:

· Walk for periods of 15-45 mins at a time

· Stand for periods of 15min-2 hours at a time

· Lift objects no more than 25-30lbs

· Answer calls

Duties:

· Sweep parking lots

· Check surface lot machines

· Fill out daily log sheets

· Landscaping Duties

· Notify manager of any other issues that you cannot handle or do not know how to handle on your own (i.e. sink holes, bent poles, cars that may be stolen, machine problems, major damage to our lots, equipment failure, truck problems, tools needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We clean the machines for customers daily as well as requiring a pre-shift wellness questionaire before starting the shift.
