Our firm is seeking a successful individual to join our team in the Console Operator position. The Console Operator will be responsible for monitoring our network and remote devices to ensure they are running and working properly. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and other support staff and should have at least 2 years of experience managing large IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Shift work, long hours, and unpredictable overtime.
- Work in a noisy environment.

- Answer customer service calls or questions.
- Transfer calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
