RER Solutions, Inc. is accepting resumes for a Program Support Analyst to become a part of our superior workforce in Washington, DC. The Program Support Analyst will provide onsite and remote federal program leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General administrative support for outreach and applicant communications
- Scheduling and follow-up communications with external stakeholders
- Includes potential applicants as well as outreach to important stakeholders (regulators and state officials, etc.)
- Application management progress and status tracking across multiple accounts and ensure timely follow-up as applications get drafted and then submitted
- Internal coordination with 1706 team and OBD colleagues to ensure proper attention to applicants
- Ensure that 1706 team is meeting objectives for Applicant engagement and processing
- Serve as Dynamics “super user” for the 1706 team
- Ensure communications are properly recorded
- Pull reports and ensure accuracy to provide required information to OBD and LPO leadership
- Create content (e.g., presentations), applicant feedback, and take on increasing duties in external calls with guidance from leadership
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client issued Public Trust
- Interest in professional growth and honing deeper energy and financial expertise
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
