Customer Service Representatives
A high volume retail/wholesale company is looking for Full-Time individual with exceptionally strong customer service skills. The position requires excellent phone etiquette, along with data entry and computer skills. The ability to multi-task in a busy business environment is a must.
Requirements and Job Conditions:
- Processing phone orders and window sales
- Data entry
- Customer assistance
- Must have the ability to follow directions
- Must be polite when dealing with customers, vendors and fellow employees
- May be required to work weekends
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Our employees are both a representative and a reflection of this company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking sales orders both on the phone and in person. You will work closely with your fellow associates in processing, scheduling, and following up on all sales and inquires. Orders must be handles in a timely and friendly fashion. The applicant must be an efficient, organized, and a fast- paced individual.
