Position Requirements

Qualifications/Education

• High School diploma or GED and 1-2 years clerical experience in an office setting. Additional education not required but desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Has good skills in grammar, spelling, and typing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Must interact one-on-one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Travel Requirements

Minimal travel.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Extensive standing, sitting, computer, phone and deskwork required.
• Work primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours, although flexible hours may be required.
