With rapid growth comes the need for highly skilled professionals. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our world-class team.
We are looking for an individual who loves an aggressive bonus structure and a fun sales environment. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
You will utilize your excellent communication skills and persuasive techniques to engage potential customers and get appointments scheduled.
The primary focus of this role will be making outbound calls to prospects, with the goal of exceeding daily call targets.

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.
Present our services in a compelling manner to generate interest and secure appointments.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Click Up) is a plus.

Base salary of $36,000 per year.
Commission structure :
$50 per lead generated after hitting 60 leads.
$75 per lead generated after hitting 100 leads.
Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions.
