```Duties```
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, charges, and payments
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports and distribute them to the appropriate departments
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk, or guest services is preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in the hospitality industry
