About Our IT Service Desk Analyst Position:

Our IT Service Desk Analyst is an information technology professional who helps users resolve issues with computer hardware or software. They respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications and help resolve these issues for users. They respond to incoming requests for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issues with computers. This is a part-time, 20-hour peer week position.

What an IT Service Desk Analyst Does at Resilient Health:

  • Testing and analyzing IT system and software performance
  • Advises users on appropriate course of action
  • Resolves incoming client and personnel IT queries remotely via email and phone, or at the office
  • Prioritizes and resolves IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Provides first line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocates unresolved issues as appropriate
  • Avoids service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures
  • Prepares training manuals and FAQ materials for easy-access end-user guidance
  • Assists with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues
  • Documents processes and maintaining service desk records
  • Makes recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems
  • Collaborates with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met
  • Keeps informed of advancements in IT

Requirements for This Position:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT
  • Network Certification
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive client/server and operating system experience with Windows Server 2016
  • Strong Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices
  • Knowledge of anti-virus software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other network security measures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

Where You Will Be Working: 2255 W. Northern Ave.,Phoenix AZ 85021 with routine driving to other offices within Maricopa County

What This Position Pays: Up to $28 per hour, depending on experience
